Zone manager for financing services (f/m)

RCI Usluge d.o.o, part of RCI banque and Renault Nissan group, is looking for a proactive and dynamic candidate for field position: Zone manager for financing services (f/m), region Continent (Zagreb and Slavonija). Job description: - Implementation of plans and strategies for business development and achievement of company's goals - Support to network sales teams (financing process, application, products, commercial actions and promotions...) - Analysis of monthly financing results, additional services by dealers and salesman, preparation of action plans for best possible commercial efficiency and achievement of results - Organization of monthly meetings and network visits with directors/sales managers and salespeople - Animation of the network and salesman to use good commercial methods, with the aim of increasing sales of financial products and services - Implementation and development of all commercial products in the authorized Renault Nissan Dacia network - Taking care of the visual identity and external communication in the network - Monitoring and analyzing the market of competition's financial activities

- A sparkling sales drive that is visible in everyday activities - Good organizational, communication and negotiation skills - Persistence and ability to implement - Proactive action and innovation, goal orientation - Knowledge of automotive finance and sales activities - University education (bachelor's degree), preferred major in economics - 2 years of work experience - preferably in automotive industry, leasing company (or a bank) - Knowledge of English - Driving licence
