Quality Specialist (m/f)

In this role you will have the opportunity to support the the Facility Management model to incorporate market best practices. Each day, you will manage or coordinate operating expenses, including repair and maintenance services, cleaning services, security services, utility expenses, energy costs, and common areas maintenance. The work model for the role is #Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business in Zagreb offices. You will be mainly accountable for: - Influencing and consulting with management within the local ABB unit to innovatively shape the design and development of your functional area to improve the organization’s overall performance - Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system - Implementing short, medium- and long-term strategy, activities, and planning to develop the quality management system, based on identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration and agreement with the local management team - Establishing a closed-loop quality cycle from product development to customer experience feedback to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met - Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization - Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances - Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions - Assessing buildings and recommending actions for improvement Managing and monitoring common areas, including parking and green areas, to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to established guidelines and standards - Ensuring compliance to ABB’s asset management and services policy and that all Real Estate facilities and services are effectively managed - Managing, coordinating and supervising the processes for leasing, assignment, use, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles - Coordination of external vendors for fleet vehicles (service providers, leasing companies, insurance broker, etc.)

Qualifications for the role: - Higher Education (preferably a degree in Engineering or Economical fields) - You have a minimum of 2/3 years of experience in similar roles. - You are captivated by teamworking and by handling local legislations topics with good communication skills. - Formal qualification in quality area would be considered a plus. - Have a demonstrated track record in international companies - You are at ease communicating in Croatian and English - You hold a Driving license, and you are available to travel for regular short trips
