- Sales Strategy: Work with the Business Manager CEE to define and implement sales strategies to meet business goals - Client Management: Achieve sales targets by building new customer relationships and managing existing accounts - Business Development: Explore new business opportunities and applications for our products, including insulation materials and industrial solutions - Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and develop tailored sales programs - Market Research: Analyse the territory's potential and assess the value of existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities for expanding our market share - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share market insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing efforts - Client Training: Train clients on our products to improve market penetration - Sales Documentation: Keep detailed records of sales activities using Salesforce.com In this role, you will be responsible for sales and business development activities in Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a member of the CEE Sales Team, you will contribute your experience and business acumen toward achieving ambitious goals and attaining great results together.

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

- Strong sales and business acumen, focused on solution-oriented selling and identifying new business opportunities - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering preferred - Proven sales experience in the building & construction or HVAC industry - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts - Experience with technical specifications is a plus - Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks - Proficient in English, at least at a communicative level, essential for effective communication and career development - Willingness and ability to travel; a valid driver's license is required
