Opis posla

You are a team player; you know that strong and close cooperation with your team and stakeholders in the wider business is what drives success in delivering your role. You would like to start and develop your career in IT and a sports betting field. You will be part of a B2B software support and project management team that deals with customer enquiries from high profile customers. You move fast on delivery while maintaining your attention to detail and you tap into your well-developed problem-solving skills to support delivery of the team’s objectives. You get excited by challenges and deadlines and are driven to succeed - and know how to celebrate with your team, when you do. Your tasks: - Respond to customer inquiries according to their SLA - Document customer interactions using the dedicated tools - Ensure customers use the software correctly by investigating and resolving their queries - Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors and customers - Maintain predetermined quality standards throughout all communication - Support customers during the software integration process with support from colleagues - Re-assess and ensure correct software usage for customers in production with support from colleagues - Incident management and correct internal escalation - Proactive monitoring of the technical metrics in the UI - Other duties as assigned

- Problem solving and communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office applications - Customer-oriented mindset - Awareness of software development and integration processes - Flexible, pro-active mindset with an emphasis on quality - Genuine interest in software development and modern software technologies - Detail-oriented and exceptional problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Fluently speaking and writing English - Great team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve the goal - Fast learner and positive attitude - Investigating and troubleshooting technical and operational issues as part of standard incident management - Experienced with ticketing system for tracking requests, tasks and projects - Have the ability to work by shifts (weekends, public holidays and night shifts) - Bonus points if studying/studied Computer Science or related disciplines
