Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in general legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts
- Represent company in court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and decision-making
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective legal solutions

Key Requirements:
- Admission to the Croatian Bar: Must be a fully licensed and practicing lawyer in Croatia
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as in-house counsel of in a law firm
- Language Skills: Full proficiency in Croatian language. At least upper intermediate level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of German language is an advantage
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Croatian legal systems and procedures. Experience with representing cases in courts
